Instructional Video Producer
At MIT, for the Hayden Lewis Music Library, I produced instructional videos for the different audio equipment and services provided by the Lewis Music Library.
I wrote the scripts for the voiceover that was recorded for each video.
Using a DSLR and screen capture software, I would record what happens on the computer and on the digital mixer in order to record podcasts and other single voice recordings.
I also recorded the different items that could be vended out for use outside of the library, equipment that was available around the library, as well as the state-of-the-art equipment inside of the Audio Lab.
I edited all of the footage together using Premiere and then adjusted the edit accordingly to my supervisor’s notes.

Emerson College IT
September 2017 - December 2018
Help Desk Technician, Student Manager
I assisted the IT Help Desk by being the front line for any and all issues and questions.
Over the phone and in person, I’d either assist the faculty member, staff, or student with their issue (if it was within my knowledge to do so) and if I was unable to remedy the problem, I would create a ticket that would be sent to a full-time technician.
I opened and closed the campus computer labs, doing hourly checks to see if there was anything to clean, any accounts to log out of, or printers to resupply.
I would issue and keep inventory of loaner laptops to any staff or faculty member whose primary work laptop was being serviced by a technician.
Emerson College’s “switchboard” was at IT, so I would answer the phone and redirect them to whoever they were looking for.
I trained new student employees on how to create tickets, answer phones, greet people in person, and check on the computer labs.

Concessions & Box Office Assistant
If I was in the Box Office, I would answer the phone in order to answer questions, sell or refund tickets, or create a new account for a patron.
